Registration with library card is required. A wonderful way to get the physical, mental and spiritual benefits of Yoga without getting down on a mat! Yoga is good for strength, flexibility, body awareness, balance and coordination while also calming the mind and keeping us in the present moment. Chair yoga combines exercise and meditation for a full body-mind workout while helping to relieve tension and deal with life’s stress.
