Alzheimer's Support Group
The Alzheimer’s Association Long Island Chapter offers a monthly support group designed to provide emotional, educational and social support for caregivers. Participants will also be helped to develop methods and skills to solve problems to maintain their own personal, physical and emotional health as well as optimally caring for the person with dementia.
