Chair Yoga is a gentle, mellow and restorative movement practice for anyone looking to heal, grow in strength, flexibility, and stamina---no matter what their fitness level. It is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support.
Chair Yoga is for:
-Aging and loss of mobility and strength – great for everyone NOT just seniors!
-Illness or injury that needs healing movement.
-Learning techniques you can use while sitting at a desk, in a Dr’s waiting room or even while stuck in traffic!
-Helping anxiety, depression and cognitive function.
Instructor: Romy Ganser. Romy is a Certified Holistic Health Practitioner who holds additional certifications in Chair Yoga Instruction and Hands on Healing.
