Our mindfulness meditation classes will now resume in-person! Mindfulness is the energy and continuous practice of being aware and awake to the present moment. In this hour-long workshop, you will practice mindful sitting meditation, mindful walking meditation, and mindful breathing in the tradition of Thich Naht Hanh. Social distancing guidelines will be observed. Registration is required. This September series is sponsored by the Board of Library Trustees.
