Curious about Induction Stoves? Catherine Walthers, local chef and cookbook author, has switched from gas to induction, and happy she did. She will demonstrate using an induction cooktop  and talk about the advantages, for cooking, health, and the environment. In part, the class will be a cooking demonstration using induction and will include food samples.
