.Brighten up your February break with a little pop of color! Join local artist and teacher, Megan Viscio, for a virtual art class where students will learn how to create a colorful, painted polyptych. Dabble in a bit of Modern Art History and dip your paintbrush into some color theory. The process is quite simple but the end result will look like something you might see at The Museum of Modern Art in New York City! You may even learn a few new words to add to your artistic vocabulary. Each take-and-make kit includes the supplies needed to make 4 painted pinwheels. Take & Make Kits can be picked up at the library during curbside hours starting February 15. Megan's instructional video will be posted to the library's YouTube channel on 2/15. The link will be posted here as well. For grades 1 - 6. Young children will require assistance. Please register.
