Join yoga instructor, Tommie Burch, for a joyful class that provides an opportunity for bonding and fun while sharing the health and well-being that yoga brings! This class will explore standing and seated poses, sun salutations, breath-work, relaxation techniques, and partner poses and incorporate reading books into the session.
