Nichole Rogers of Lifted Vision Community Yoga will lead a class through passive stretching and guided breathing to relieve stress and tension in the body. In Restorative Yoga, poses are held for an extended period of time, as opposed to flowing from one to the next. Mats, bolsters, blocks, and blankets will be provided. Funded by the Northeast Wellness and Fitness Initiative. Adults, , please register for the ONE session that best fits your schedule.
