Join chef Oonagh Williams for a photographic journey of her experiences in Lithuania. While attending a summer Lithuanian language course at the University of Vilnius she researched the cuisine, culture and heritage of the country.
We will enjoy photos, video clips and discussion of the history of Lithuania under various rulers and post Communism.
A Lithuanian buffet of samples of two different Farmer's cheeses, soup and dessert is included. These dishes are safe for people following a GF diet.
