Led by fitness instructor Marilyn Bunger, this is a program of strengthening exercises for older adults. It is designed to slow bone loss and improve posture, build muscular strength and provide important health benefits safely. Please bring bands, 10" rubber ball, and 2 unopened soup cans.

Class dates: July 2, 9, 16, 23, 30, August 6, 13, 20, 27

$45 payable by check only at the time of registration.
