Join Marvin for a weekly Tai Chi for Arthritis program geared for seniors, but all are welcome. Tai Chi combines slow-moving with deep breathing and is beneficial in increasing body strength, balance, and posture. Tai Chi can also help you reduce stress and increase relaxation. This class is in-person only.

Classes are Wednesdays from 9:30 am - 10:15 am.
