Mary-Ann Tirone Smith is the author of Girls of Tender Age, Dirty Water, a Red Sox mystery (with Jere Smith), the Poppy Rice mysteries and several stand-alone novels. She was born and raised in Hartford and lived most of her life in Connecticut. She will be joining us to talk about Girls of Tender Age, to read from a work-in-progress, to answer questions and to sign copies of her books, which will be available for purchase.
ATTEND VIRTUALLY: The program will be streamed live from the library straight to your home through Zoom. Once registered, you will be contacted prior to the program with participation instructions.
ATTEND IN-PERSON: Masks are still required to be worn in the library at all times. Attendance will be limited.
WATCH THE RECORDING: Can't make it? The program will be recorded and uploaded to the library's YouTube the day after.
*WPL is closely monitoring the current public health situation, and may require masking during meetings or for them to be held virtually. You will be notified of our final decision no later than one week in advance. Refreshments will not be served at in-person meetings at this time. Thank you for helping us keep our community safe.
