< VIRTUAL & IN-PERSON MEETING >*
Girls of Tender Age by Mary-Ann Tirone Smith
This compelling memoir, a vivid account of growing up in a working-class Italian Catholic neighborhood in Hartford, Conn in the years after World War II, interweaves charming stories from the author's childhood with the grim background of a serial killer whose evil acts haunted the author for decades.
On Monday, October 4th at 7 pm, Mary-Ann Tirone Smith will be speaking about Girls of Tender Age and her other books, answering questions and signing copies of her book at the library. Come join us!
Moderated by Educator Susan Gomes. To participate and for details about meeting virtually or in-person, contact Cindy Haiken at email@example.com.
