March 27: Lorraine Hansberry: Sighted Eyes/Feeling Heart  Running time: 118 minutes

April 10:  Rachel Carson: The Woman Who Launched the Modern Environmental Movement   Running time: 114 minutes 
Drawn from Carson's own writings and letters, this film illuminates both the public and private life of the woman who launched the modern environmental movement and revolutionized how we understand our relationship with the natural world.

April 24:  Loving Vincent  Running time: 95 minutes 
The first film ever made entirely of oil paintings, Loving Vincent tells the story of the mysterious and tragic death of the world's most famous artist, Vincent van Gogh.

May 8: After Auschwitz  Running time: 82 minutes  
After Auschwitz chronicles the lives of six female Holocaust survivors who immigrate to Los Angeles to rebuild their lives after WWII. After being silenced for three decades, these women finally get a chance to tell their stories of the homeland they left behind and the difficulty of acclimating to American life.

May 22: Sound City    Running time: 108 minutes. 
Directed by Dave Grohl, this documentary explores the history of the Sound City recording studio in Los Angeles, where some of the greatest rock albums of all time were recorded. Features interviews and performances by Stevie Nicks, Tom Petty, and Neil Young.
