Introduction to T'ai Chih/Qigong
| |
Practice T’aiChi Chih® / Qigong in an introductory class. This FREE class is presented by instructor, David Schulberg, who has taught at San Lorenzo, Castro Valley Adult Schools and is an accredited T’aiChiChih® teacher. He is now affiliated with Castro Valley Yoga.
Qigong is based on ancient Chinese principles which align and coordinate breath and body movements to access the energy within. It is not a Martial Art but an internally focused movement and meditation exercise that does not require a particular level of fitness to participate.
The class, complete with music, is open to teens, adults and seniors.
Put on your comfy clothes and join us at the Library! No registration required.
