This program offers a free appointment with an attorney who will help define your problem, get you started on a solution and make a referral when needed. Each time slot is 15 minutes. Sign up in person between 5-5:45 pm at the Information Desk on the evening of the program. A lottery is held at 5:50 to award slots. Persons wishing an appointment must be present at the time of the lottery.
