Local author Jennifer Kim will talk about her new book, Waiting for Appa. Jennifer grew up in Newark, graduated from UC Berkeley with a mechanical engineering degree. But she always wanted to write and this is her first book. Jennifer will talk about her immigrant experience and writing.
