    For 18-35 month olds, Toddler Time happens on 4 Fridays per session. This session begins October 30th, 2009 and goes through November 20th. Each child needs a lap for special one-on-one attention while we read, sing, dance, and learn baby sign language! Registration is required. This session is full. We will not hold Toddler Time again until the first Friday in January, we will take registration requests at the end of December. Check back here then.

Teen volunteers will demonstrate Nintendo's Wii -- a video game console that allows players to experience sports and other activities by swinging a handheld remote.
Games that will be demonstrated and played include bowling, golf, gentle yoga, tennis and brain fitness.

Come spend some family time at the library during the holiday season, playing popular board games. Choose from Monopoly, Scrabble, as well as many other games or puzzles, and get your game on. If you bring a canned food item with you to the program you can enter a raffle to win a prize. All donations will be given to the Viola Blythe Center in Newark. This is a free library program, sponsored by the Newark Library League and the Newark Teen Advisory Group. No registration is necessary.
