ECHO Housing Rental Counseling and Workshop

ECHO offers help with landlord/tenant issues, gives information to help you get temporary rental assistance, and will work to investigate instances of housing discrimination. Bring your housing probems to this workshop and get started with a solution. ECHO was founded in the Hayward Area in 1964 and helps people thoughout the Bay Area resolve their housing issues.
