Join us as Stow author Charlotte J. Marky, shares the story of her escape from communist Hungary at age 15, just before the revolution of October 1957 began. After surviving several months in the area then known as Yugoslavia, Ms. Marky arrived in the United States just after her 16th birthday. Copies of her book, JOURNEY TO FREEDOM will be available for purchase and autographing. Refreshments will be provided by the Friends of the Norton Branch Library.
