Your Doctor has Told You That You Have Diabetes or "Pre-Diabetes" - Thursday, October 19: What does that mean and what should you do?

Medication Safety - Thursday, October 26:  Tools for preventing forgotten doses or double dosing, basic rules for common drugs, keeping your grandkids safe from your medications and answers to "frequently asked questions."

Immunizations are Not Just for Kids! - Thursday, November 2: Learn about the importance of vaccines that can protect you as you age such as Flu, Pneumonia, Shingles and Pertussis.

Starting and Growing a Small Business: Tuesday, September 26 - Learn the basics of setting up a business, understanding legal entity structures, (Sole Proprietor, Partnerships, etc.), keeping Financial records, paying taxes, obtaining insurance and financing the business.

Marketing Your Business: Tuesday, October 3 - Discover how to develop a marketing plan. This workshop will cover how to perform market research, pricing, advertising and promotion, Internet marketing and tracking results.

Writing a Business Plan: Tuesday, October 10 - Learn about the components of a business plan. Workshop will include start-up costs, how to prepare a budget, cash flow projections and how to use a business plan to get financing. You will also be taken through a sample plan.

Social Media Marketing: Tuesday, October 17 -  We will review five of the most popular social media networks, the benefits of each and how to tell which are right for your business. We will discuss what kind of content to create and post and how to tell if it is working. Social media and email marketing must be used together for maximum benefit.

The Power of Successful Email Marketing: Tuesday, October 24 - We will discuss what email marketing really is and isn't and what it can do for your business as well as the five steps to harness the power of the inbox.
