Teens are welcome to join us for an Introduction to 3D printing class, where we will create our own Tinkercad accounts, learn the basics of 3D Printing and design, and even get to see the 3D Printer in action. “Anyone Can Sing” is a workshop geared at ALL ages.  Molly McLinden, a voice teacher and singer, will lead participants in simple vocal exercises and songs. She’ll also answer any questions you may have about vocal health and how to practice. She will prove that all you need is the willingness to learn to be able to sing. You don’t even need a piano to be a vocalist - come see for yourself!

Molly McLinden is a singer and teacher based in Schaumburg.  She has taught private voice and group classes for the past fifteen years throughout Chicagoland, the Bay Area of California, and online.

Stressing about taking the ACT? Take a full-length practice test to ward off test day jitters and see how you may score on the big test. Experience first-hand what test day will be like! A representative from C2 Education will provide a proctored practice test and contact you with scores and analyzed results.

Don't forget to bring a couple of pencils, your calculator, and a snack to eat!

Join Reading Winterland.  Our Winter Reading Program is designed for children from infant-6th grade.  Beginning Monday, December 18, you may register in person at the Youth Services Reference Desk to receive your information packet and starting prize.  Complete your reading log by reading for just three hours.  Turn in your log at the Youth Services Reference desk by Friday, February 9 to receive your final prize and be entered into the Grand Prize Drawing.
