John Keklak, a resident of Sudbury, has been an avid sports photographer for several decades.  His objective as a photographer is to capture the emotional intensity and focus of an athlete, whether they are a world-class runner or a four-year-old playing in their first soccer game.

Many of his photos have been published by the Sudbury Town Crier, the Boston Herald, US Track and Field, and ESPN.  Photos from the 2014 USATF Masters National Championships are featured in the book "Mastering Running" by world-ranked runner and coach Dr. Cathy Utzschneider.  His weekly "Viewfinder" photo essays were a feature in the Sudbury Patch for several years. A collection of Mr. Keklak's photos will be on exhibit at the Concord Library during June 2016.

On Monday, June 13th at 7 p.m. (Fowler Branch), Mr. Keklak will give a presentation about taking great sports photos.
