Do you love reading? Do you love talking about books? Do you love eating cookies? If the answer to any of these questions is “yes” (and who doesn’t love stories & sugar?), we think you’ll also love our "Milk & Bookies" Book Club. Each meeting, we talk about a different book and decorate delicious, themed-cookies. This month, on Wednesday, March 4th from 6-7pm, we’ll be discussing Robert Paul Weston’s The Creature Department. It’s a story chockfull of monsters, inventions, and bravery (plus, the book actually glows in the dark! How cool is that?!).

This program is for children in 3rd - 5th grades only.

Space is limited to 12 kids. You may register in-person starting Wednesday, January 21st. The earlier you sign-up, the sooner you can start reading! Copies of the book will be available for check-out at the Cumberland Public Library. Please bring your library card.
