Calling young writers! Join the Homeschoolers' Creative Writing Club at HTFL.

Get inspired by working with other tween and teen writers at this informal writing club. Each meeting will begin with a short exercise to get your creative juices flowing, then spend some time writing independently, followed by time to share what you're working on.

Writers ages 10 and older are welcome. No registration is needed, meet us in the Board Room!  Just bring your favorite copy book, journal or folder with some writing paper.

When & where is a history club for middle school students. One evening a month, we pick a histoircal figure or event and dig deeper into the past. We examine historical documents, have trivia challenges,eat occasional snacks, and conduct experiments. This month we will be exploring The History of the World in 1,000 Objects.

Get inspired by working with other tween and teen writers at this informal writing club. Each meeting will begin with a short exercise to get your creative juices flowing, then spend some time writing independently, followed by time to share what you're working on.

Come join The Mud Room Studio and paint your own pottery at the Library!  Each participant will get to paint a mug.  Learn how to paint using glaze, as well as crystal opaque glaze.

When & where is a history club for middle school students. One evening a month, we pick a histoircal figure or event and dig deeper into the past. We examine historical documents, have trivia challenges,eat occasional snacks, and conduct experiments. This month we will be exploring the Revolutionary War with local reenactors.

Small business owners work in a fast-paced environment and can find themselves working in nontraditional or less than ideal workspaces.  They are too busy taking care of business, often neglecting their own personal health.  Whether you are a sole proprietor or employ 1-50 workers, business can benefit from implementing strategies that monitor and improve workplace setup to reduce risk of injury.  This interactive presentation will educate participants on the steps to a successful ergonomics process as well as include take home advice for an ergonomic computer workstation setup.  Presented by Kathy Dixon of Delaware and Chester County SCORE.
