Back by popular demand! Join us for this 7-week series as we explore Louis Sachar’s wacky “Wayside School is Falling Down” - the sequel to last session's "Sideways Stories From Wayside School." We will read, write, draw, and create our own crazy tales, culminating in a keepsake book about all of the students in OUR class!

*It is not necessary to read this book ahead. Miss Devon will be reading aloud throughout the 7 weeks. It would be helpful to read the first book "Sideways Stories from Wayside School."

For children in Grades 3-5.

Registration is required.

Class begins on April 8th and ends on May 27th.

Please note: There will be no class on May 6th.

A History of Gardens and Horticulture in Southeastern Pennsylvania

Wednesday, May 27, 2015 at 7pm

Noted local historian Nancy Webster will give an overview of gardening and horticulture in Southeastern Pennsylvania.  She will begin with the scientific botanical approach of John Bartram, and continue through the great estate gardens of the 19th and 20th centuries.  She will mention the founding of many of the seed companies which began in the area, and many of the flower species that were named or came to prominence in the Philadelphia area.
