The Boston Bruins mascot, Blades, and the Ice Girls are visiting our library for a fun-filled hour of Bruins stories, crafts, trivia, and prizes! Show off your Boston pride by wearing your black & gold and don't forget your camera to take photos with our special guests!

The Boston Bruins are partnering with New Hampshire libraries for our 2016 Summer Reading Program and DPL is so grateful to have won a visit! Thanks for the generous support, Bruins!

Registration is required

Please note: the event is from 11am - 12noon. Please give yourself plenty of time to arrive and find parking. Check-in begins at 10:30am. You MUST arrive by 10:45am to check in and fill out a photo release form for your child(ren). If you are not here by 10:45am for check-in, your space WILL be given to someone on the waiting list.

There will be no online waiting list. If you miss registration, come to the Children’s Room on the day of the event (starting at 9:30am) to add your name to the waiting list (managed on a first-come, first-served basis).

These toddler exploration days are full of sensory stations designed to stimulate your child's growing mind. Children will sharpen their sensory, motor, and early literacy skills through discovery and play! There will be some guided activities, with much of the time being devoted to unstructured play where the children will be free to explore whichever stations appeal to them. Ages 1 - 3. No registration.

Please note: This program is designed for toddlers ages 1, 2, and 3 onlyOlder children will affect the dynamics of the program and inhibit the toddlers from being free to explore, so we ask that you find alternate childcare for siblings ages 4 - 7 (children ages 8+ may be unsupervised in the library, provided they have a way to reach you in case of an emergency). Thank you for your understanding!
