Need to know what sections of your library are most popular but lacking in up to date material? Need to know what percentage of your collection are travel books and how popular they are? Need to know what types of materials your patrons are requesting and borrowing? Need to know what percentage of your patrons are seniors and how many large print materials you currently have to serve their needs? These questions and more can be found right in Polaris using a few basic tools and available reports. This workshop is intended for those who purchase materials for your library and would like to determine where the funds could be best spent to serve and satisfy your patrons and community.
