Blake, will be at our library to talk about what it's like to be a jockey.  She will demonstrate the equipment she uses as a jockey and will share stories of her thoroughbred racing experiences. Come learn about what the horses are doing on the track during the morning hours and what goes on in the paddock before a race.  All ages are welcome to this fascinating program!

In person registration is required beginning June 17 for Floral Park residents.  Please bring a check in the amount of $20 payable to AARP if you are an AARP member.  Non-members must pay $25.    Non-residents may register beginning June 24, if space is available.  Bring your driver's license, a pen and lunch to class.
