The traveling estuary is a unique hands-on program that brings the estuary to the Library! Children discover first-hand the adaptations of marine organisms by handling and observing live specimens and artifacts such as crabs, starfish, shells and more. The traveling estuary is a great way to introduce marine biology to young scientists! Parents are invited to spread a blanket on the Elm Street lawn for this event. Presented by the Lloyd Center for the Environment. In case of rain, this event will be held in the Library's Meeting Room.
