Participants will create their own ice cream sundae using a variety of great toppings and enjoy a root beer float as well. The Baking coach will demonstrate how to make ice cream during the presentation.

Discussions will take place on how a human from earth survives in anti-gravity - how do they eat, sleep, wash, use the bathroom? 		How do those scientists on CSI trace the person responsible person? Through their DNA, of course. Learn how to identify a "suspect" DNA by experimenting with strawberries. Chris, a Science teacher in Port Washington, will be setting up a DNA lab at the Garden city Public Library and teach participants how to trace the DNA of strawberries. He has promised to have surplus strawberries for tasting as well.
