Tots Itsy Bitsy Yoga
|

The Sudbury Family Network is excited to offer Itsy Bitsy Yoga® for Tots (ages: crawling to 24 months) at the library!
Itsy Bitsy Yoga for Tots is a supportive, fun-loving, and active yoga class. The classes offer tot-centric poses that encourage and support their physical explorations. Tots become more confident in their moving bodies as they practice yoga both in and out of class. During a Tots Itsy Bitsy Yoga class crawlers and walkers playfully practice yoga postures while they are standing, sitting up, walking, and jumping. Parents also get to do a little yoga, but no yoga experience is required.
Four classes will be offered on Monday mornings, from 10:00-11:00 AM, in May and June: May 13 & 20 and June 10 and 17, and registration is available through the Sudbury Family Network.
Classes are currently full. Please check back for future dates!

Summer Reading Program Begins

Sign-up for the Library's Summer Reading Program!
Children are invited to participate in the summer reading program at the Goodnow Library. This program is designed to make reading and visiting the Library exciting for children. It is important for children to continue to develop literacy skills to prepare them for the next school year.
Please stop by the children's room to pick up a reading log, bookmark, and reading lists.
Dig Into Reading is sponsored by your local library, the Massachusetts Library System, the Boston Bruins, and the Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners.

TRUCK DAY

Truck Day!
Kids of all ages are invited to drop by the Goodnow Library parking lot anytime between 9AM and 12PM to experience TRUCK DAY! Come and visit a variety of trucks from the Sudbury highway, fire and police departments. Kids young and old can touch, honk, and climb on the many vehicles that will be on display. Remember to bring your camera and have your picture taken sitting in a fire truck or snow plow!
   
Please note that parking at the Goodnow Library will be extremely limited today.
Patrons and Truck Day guests are asked to use the back parking lot at Salem Five Bank and the parking lot at the Memorial Congregational Church across the street as alternative parking.
