For children aged 2-4 with a caregiverThere is a maximum capacity of 12 adults and 15 children. Deepen the bond with your child as you enjoy a fascinating flow of poses, songs, stories and games. Build a toolbox of calming techniques, healthy activities, and supportive friendships through Itsy Bitsy Yoga.
Instructor Alissa Nicol is the owner and operator of Luminous You Yoga, and received her training directly from the founders of the Radiant Child and Itsy Bitsy Yoga Programs. For more information about this unique yoga program, visit www.ItsyBitsyYoga.com

Join Early Childhood Specialist Nancy Railsback for a morning of music and creative movement. A singer songwriter, she brings her knowledge of young children to early childhood programs providing experiences for singing, expressive movement, as well as opportunities to listen to and play instruments.
