Come to this workshop to learn how to BE YOUR OWN Super Hero by activating your powers to become: happier, smarter, a better problem solver, and more successful in all that you do!!!   You will learn the science, yes science, of being your own Super Hero by learning more about how your lungs, heart, and brain can activate your power.
