holiday_ghost 6:30 PM Weird Massachusetts an Evening with Jeff Belanger Remind Me about this Event   Tell a Friend

Take a multimedia journey through the history, oddities, paranormal, and just plain weird side of the Bay State.

Based on Jeff's popular book Weird Massachusetts Your Travel Guide to the Bay State's Local Legends and Best Kept Secrets, Jeff brings a suitcase full of evidence, a multi media presentation, over 18 years of experience, and a lot of personality to the subject of the unexplained making it both entertaining and accessible to a wide audience.

Recommended for teens and adults. No reservations necessary, but limited to the seating available in the room.

Join Jeff Belanger for a multimedia lecture, Q&A, and book signing. A weird and paranormal tour of Massachusetts! He is the author of over a dozen books on the paranormal and is one of the most visible paranormal researchers today.

Here's what folks are saying about Jeff Belanger:

"Jeff Belanger is a rock star in the ghost world."
-CBS Sunday Morning

"Jeff Belanger is not only knowledgeable about his field, but also engaging and entertaining. I consider him to be one of the best speakers out there. He is personable and talented, and is a natural speaker that draws in a crowd again and again." -Tara Bohren, Ghost Adventures Crew General Manager

"We had Jeff Belanger’s Weird Massachusetts program as part of our summer adult program. Jeff is a true professional. He came early and stayed late, answering questions and personalizing books. He kept a huge crowd riveted for well over an hour. We had a packed community room, and had to keep bringing out more seating, which is a great testament to his draw as it was a beautiful summer evening. His program is highly entertaining and engaging and drew many new faces to the library. This was our first program with Jeff Belanger, but it definitely won’t be the last!"
-Lee Parker, Director, Norton Public Library

This is a free program sponsored by the Friends of the Hazen Memorial Library.

After falling in with Natalie, an ultra-rich heiress trying to escape the clutches of her repressive father, the two decide to give up fully on formal society—and walk away.

Nashoba Nursing Service and Hospice provides a safe and comfortable environment for adults to express the thoughts and feelings you may experience due to the loss of a loved one. Joining a grief support group can be a healthy step in your journey of grieving and healing.

This is an ongoing drop-in session for adults seeking support during the grieving process. Topics of coping and living with grief will be discussed.

Support groups are facilitated by hospice professionals or volunteers trained in bereavement. If counseling is needed beyond the level of this support group, a list of competent professional counselors can be provided.

Registration is not required. There is no fee to join.

For more information, contact Karen Campbell, Coordinator of Bereavement Services at 1-800-698-3307 ext. 320.
