Did you know that it takes a grocery bag more than 1000 years to decompose in a landfill? For anyone not in the know, “plarn” (or plastic yarn) is the way to recycle all those old plastic bags spilling out of your cupboards and drawers. Turn them into something cool and original. Bring 10 colored plastic bags and a “J” crochet needle hook. The instructor will have many examples on display from coasters, placemats to purses. *Please register for all Adult Programs beginning Tuesday, April 30.
