Summer Reading Program Kickoff

Join the Children's Room at the Ipswich Town Hall for a "Flash Read"! This program, the official kickoff for the 2013 Summer Reading Program, "Dig Into Reading!", is for children and adults of all ages. Bring a book, and we will all stop, drop and read! There will be a special surprise, after which we will all parade back to the Children's Room for a wiggly snack!

Movie Night for Teens

Come join us for a movie...
Based on a young adult novel by Kami Garcia, the movie takes place in a small Southern town, where Ethan and Lena discover dark secrets about their families and their town.
This event is free and open to all young people 13 and older. It will be shown in the air-conditioned Collins Room in the library. Popcorn and soft drinks will be served. For more information, contact Young Adult Librarian Paula Grillo at 978-356-6648.

This is a summer book club for rising fourth and fifth graders who love to read and enjoy talking about books. The group meets in the Collins Room. Dessert and a beverage is provided. For this first session of four sessions, readers should bring a book from their favorite series. Please register in the Children's Room and indicate which sessions you plan to attend.
