Stroller Strides
|

|
Stroller Strides is a total fitness program for new moms that they can do with their babies. Each class includes cardio & body toning intervals, incorporating tubing, the stroller and the environment, all while the little ones are entertained. We welcome babies from six weeks to any age as long as they enjoy sitting in their strollers. The classes are set up for all different firness levels and are taught by CPR certified and insured instructors. Register in the Children's Room.
