Join us for an ongoing open workshop for artists. All skill levels are welcome. Learn how to better use the visual vocabulary of shape, value, color, line, texture and edges. We will explore these concepts in still life, landscape, portrait and figure paintings. 

Bring in a project you are working on or join in on a group project. You are welcome to work in oil or acrylic paints. Please bring your own painting supplies.

Led by Evergreen artist Chris McAllister, these ongoing classes are designed to provide students the opportunity for continuous learning in an open, individualized environment. New students are welcome at any time.

Classes held on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of the month from 6 - 8 p.m.

Join Helen Trencher, "The Percussion Lady" for a pounding 45-60-minute session with creative movement, storytelling, and playing percussion instruments in a rhythm band jam. The program is geared primarily for ages 4-9, but we'll have elements attractive to older elementary-age children, too... because everyone likes to get wiggly and loud, right?

Learn the basics of chickens, goats, bees, food preservation and more from Shantel Scardina of Barefoot Homestead in a series of classes designed for continuous learning. Led by Evergreen artist Chris McAllister, we'll explore these concepts in still life, landscape, portrait and figure paintings. Bring in a project you’re already working on or join in on a group project. You're welcome to work in oil or acrylic paints; simply bring your own painting supplies. Our ongoing classes are designed for continuous learning in an open, individualized environment. New students are welcome at any time. Learn the basics of chickens, goats, bees, food preservation and more from Shantel Scardina of Barefoot Homestead in a series of classes designed for continuous learning. Whether you're interested in starting a full high altitude homestead or just thinking of getting a few chickens for your yard, we're here to help. New students are welcome at any time.

Food Preservation: What do you do with all of the food you grew this summer? There are many ways to store and preserve food. We will go over the different options such as water bath canning, pressure canning, and dehydration.
