The human brain has the ability to change and grow over time, given the proper support and stimulation.  Science demonstrates that a holistic lifestyle approach will bring the most benefit.  Using the six dimensional model of Optimum Life® we will learn about various activities and practices that have been shown to have a benefit for the brain.  While dementia cannot be prevented entirely, there are things that one can dot or reduce risk and possibly slow the progression of the disease. A presentation by senior living expert Cindy Chumacas.

She'll cover which foods are best to improve your ability to concentrate and focus. This is a great program for anyone wanting to rev up their own mental stamina or make sure the young students in the family are eating right to maximize all that studying they've got ahead of them.
