Learn to use tables to extract data by using built-in filters and formatting options.  Learn how to quickly add calculated columns, apply built-in functions (such as Max, Min, and Sum) to columns, name ranges of data and print specific tables.  Learn to use Advanced Filter to create more complex filters and ways to filter data to another location for clearer presentation of results.

If you want to try downloading during the class, make sure you have your library card number and login and passwords for any Adobe, Amazon, or iTunes accounts you've established.  Bring your own device (with cables) or use our iPads or Galaxies. Prerequisites: Library card (available in class if you have an ID).

Prerequisites:  Mastery of basic computer skills (mouse, keyboard, basic Windows commands and functions). 

Recommended: Knowledge of Google Drive or completion of Using the Cloud: Google Drive class. Please note: We will be accessing Google Sheets through the web application not mobile apps.
