Toddler Time

A story time designed to showcase activities a parent can do with their child to develop basic early literacy skills using books, oral stories, songs, finger plays, and movement. Toddler time is geared toward 2-3 year-olds but older and younger children may attend. It is a first group experience for many young children. Toddler Time will be held in the meeting room.

Social Networking Basics: Facebook, LinkedIN and Twitter-On the eTrain

This class will be held on board the eTrain mobile training computer lab in the Wheat Ridge Library Parking lot. Students who sign up for this class should be comfortable with using a mouse and computer keyboard and should be able to use the Internet. Students will learn what social networking is, and how to use it. We will learn the basics of Facebook and Twitter and will also discuss other networking tools that can be used socially or for business and job searching purposes.
