The January flick is Adam’s Rib: A husband and wife lawyer team clash when the wife defends a woman on trial for shooting her spouse. Spencer Tracy and Katharine Hepburn spar and sizzle in this witty courtroom drama.

Bring your knitting (or crocheting or cross stitch or any other portable craft) and join fellow crafters for an evening of movies, crafting, and socializing.

The January flick is Adam’s Rib: A husband and wife lawyer team clash when the wife defends a woman on trial for shooting her spouse. Spencer Tracy and Katharine Hepburn spar and sizzle in this witty courtroom drama.

February’s is Pride and Prejudice: Elizabeth Bennett thinks Mr. Darcy is a disagreeable snob. Mr. Darcy thinks Elizabeth’s rude family is beneath him. But then there are her fine eyes… This new adaptation of Jane Austen’s classic is perhaps moodier than the others, but it’s still very, very romantic.
