Join award winning artist Gregory Maichack once more as he presents Pastel Paint like the Masters: Georgia O'Keeffe's Scarlet Poppies.

Participants with or without experience are empowered, given hands-on appreciation of an over-looked medium.  So, if you love vibrant color and how to make it shimmer this is the workshop for you!  Everyone will keep their pastel paintings. All supplies are provided.

This is a free participatory class for adults only.  Space is limited to 30 adults. Pre-registration is required ONLY by calling the Main Desk after August 1st.

This project is supported by a grant from the Lakeville Arts Council, a local agency which is supported by the Massachusetts Cultural Council, a state agency.

A FREE weekly parent/child playgroup for infants, toddlers and preschoolers

This playgroup experience will help your child learn to work and play with others.  We will provide you and your child stimulating materials that will encourage curiosity and a desire to learn!

Registration is preferred, but not required.

From the spirits of British loyalists in Wareham's Fearing Tavern to the ghastly goings-on at the Lizzie Borden Bed & Breakfast in Fall River, this talk will examine some of the SouthCoast's most infamous ghost stories. It is also an in-depth look at the region's history and how it relates to its haunts, including a discussion on King Philip's War.
 
Tim Weisberg is the host and executive producer of "Spooky Southcoast," one of the world's most popular paranormal talk radio shows. He also work as the writer/researcher for Ghost Stalkers and as an associate producer/researcher for Ghost Asylum, both airing on the Destination America television network. Tim is also the author of Ghosts of the SouthCoast and Haunted Objects: Stories of Ghosts on Your Shelf. In addition, he has been featured on numerous television programs, including Ghost Adventures (Travel Channel), My Ghost Story (Bio Channel), New England Legends (PBS) MonsterQuest (History Channel) andConversations With a Serial Killer (Living TV/UK).   Tim is the co-own a successful paranormal events company called Legend Trips.
