David Finoli is an author and sports historian who has written 22 books, mostly dealing with the history of sports in Western Pennsylvania.  He is a graduate of Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, where he received his Bachelor of Arts from the school in Journalism.  Originally from Greensburg, PA, Finoli now lives in nearby Monroeville with his wife Vivian and three children Cara, Matt and Tony.  David's newest book is Pirates by the Numbers: A Complete Team History of the Bucs by Uniform Number.
