Homeschoolers are invited to an ongoing, interactive class on learning the Dewey decimal system and nonfiction. Every other Monday at 1:00pm Miss Hannah will review a different section of the library's nonfiction collection. Students will be asked to complete a brief project on the topic of their choice for each section covered. Email hannah.barreto@leesburgflorida.gov to register

Chicken University is designed to provide the novice small scale chicken owner with information on chicken biology, nutrition and reproduction, information on getting started, housing chickens, and processing eggs. Taught by Megan Brew, Livestock and Natural Resources Agent with the UF/IFAS Lake County Extension in Tavares.
