Calling all actors and actresses! Join us as teens put on another spectacular play for children and their families! This year's theme is Have Book Will Travel! So we will be performing classic children's books about far off places and travelling anywhere your imagination can take you! Rehearsals will be every Friday from 4:00 - 5:00 p.m., from June 7th - June 26th with a performance open to the public on Saturday, July 27th. There will not be a meeting on Friday, July 5th.
If interested in being a part of the play, please sign up or contact Miss Alison at acolman@lemontlibrary.org or Miss Mary at meinman@lemontlibrary.org. We look forward to putting together another fun play for kids of all ages!

This Summer version of Action Academy is for boys only! Feel free to bring a sack lunch to class if you choose.
Do you like solving mysteries? In addition to the wildly fun games, electronics, and art, we will be reading the novel “The Lost Treasure of Tuckernuck"by Emily Fairlie. Sixth graders Laurie and Bud attempt to solve an eighty-year old mystery at their historic school before the building is torn down to make way for a MegaMart.
Just as in the story, each of you will receive a clue. If you figure out the answer, you will go on to find the next clue. There will be 7 clues—if you find the treasure, you too will be very happy!
The following clubs meet in the time machine (Kids' Room) at the library each week. Signup is required for the six week session. Each week will feature something new—races, games, outdoor sports, ipads and books, scavenger hunts and even watermelon bowling. No two weeks are the same! You are automatically entered in Summer Reading. Come each week and get a stamp in your passport —each stamp means a chance to win more great prizes! $6.00 is the fee for the six week session to cover the cost of materials, $12.00 for those outside the library district. Sign up begins Tuesday, May 28 at 10 a.m.
