Lincoln Township Public Library and Martin’s Super Markets have joined together to bring you this exciting book discussion group with mini-cooking classes. The fun begins at 6:00 p.m. with Lisa Micunek of Martin’s School of Cooking who will offer, for a fee, an optional cooking class based on the foods featured in the book. After the optional class, we will have the book discussion at 7:15 p.m. on the second floor of the Side Door Deli Café at the Stevensville Martin’s Super Market. Books are available one month in advance during registration.

Charlie Olszewski will lead this presentation that will offer tips to protect your computer (and you) from fraud, identity theft, and malware. He will provide a basic framework for safely using your computer, an understanding of terminology necessary for computer protection, and methods to determine critical computer information. He will also discuss and show various anti-virus settings and software updates, password protection methods, and other anti-malware concepts. Registration required.

The fun begins at 6:00 p.m. with Lisa Micunek of Martin’s School of Cooking who will offer, for a fee, an optional cooking class based on the foods featured in the book. After the optional class, we will have the book discussion at 7:15 p.m. on the second floor of the Side Door Deli Café at the Stevensville Martin’s Super Market. Books are available one month in advance during registration.

Lincoln Township Public Library and Martin’s Super Markets have joined together to bring you this exciting book discussion group with mini-cooking classes. The fun begins at 6:00 p.m. with Lisa Micunek of Martin’s School of Cooking who will offer, for a fee, an optional cooking class based on the foods featured in the book. After the optional class, we will have the book discussion at 7:15 p.m. on the second floor of the Side Door Deli Café at the Stevensville Martin’s Super Market. Books are available one month in advance during registration.

Learn about safely viewing a solar eclipse, make a pinpoint viewer, and watch the eclipse at the Lincoln Township Community Park behind the Library. This is the first total solar eclipse to be visible in the contiguous United States since 1979. We will have a partial eclipse in our area with the best viewing time at approximately 2:21 p.m. Eclipse viewing glasses will be available at the event, while supplies last. Glasses were donated through a collaboration between the Space Science Institute, Star_Net (sponsored by NASA), and The Moore Foundation. All ages are welcome.

In the event of inclement weather, we will view the eclipse online in the Lawrence Room at the library.
