    READING PARTNERS: A Marcellus Free Library Community Outreach Program. MFL would like to partner with MCSD families in helping their young children develop necessary early literacy skills. Participating families will receive an interchangeable bag filled with age-appropriate library books that they may read together with their infant or preschooler.     Registration required. A Rare Killing – Rare book collector Neil Vince was murdered at his giant palacial home in Syracuse, NY. His good friend and police detective Billy “Grace” Jones was the first on the scene. Eerily, Neil’s Facebook page was updated an hour after he died with a taunting message: “Ring-a-ding-ding, I’m caught in a sling! Guess I was well read, But now I’m just dead.” Join us for a night of pizza and detective work. Try to solve the mystery for your chance at a prize. But sadly, their airplane had another idea, crashing on a desert island and leaving the survivors stranded with little food, little water, and practically no eyeliner. What's a beauty queen to do? We will be making Toad Abodes, some of which will be place in Nine Mile Creek to encourage friendly bug-eating toads to take up residence!
