READING PARTNERS: A Marcellus Free Library Community Outreach Program. MFL would like to partner with MCSD families in helping their young children develop necessary early literacy skills. Participating families will receive an interchangeable bag filled with age-appropriate library books that they may read together with their infant or preschooler. The Marcellus Free Library Centennial Community Read is Howard Frank Mosher's Northern Borders. Mr. Mosher will be visiting the library on Sunday, May 4 at 2 pm. Howard Frank Mosher is an acclaimed author, a CNY native, and Syracuse University graduate. He lives and writes about the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont. His presentation promises to be funny and entertaining. We encourage the entire community to join us!
