The Library will provide supplies and instructions for creating a soda tab bracelet. Your job is to take them home and assemble.

    Arduino is an open-source platform used for building electronics projects.

It consists of a programmable circuit board and software that runs on a computer.

Working in small groups, we’ll use the SparkFun Inventor’s Kit. This kit includes everything needed to complete 15 circuits. We will learn how to read sensors, display information on an LCD, drive motors, and more.

Previous programming or electronics experience is not necessary.

*Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn at UMass Medical School over 30 years ago, is the most widely researched meditation program in the world. The above program is modeled after MBSR.

    A good monologue is an essential tool for every actor. During this six-week workshop, actors at all levels will explore the unique voice that brings characters to life on stage using individually selected monologues with a focus on storytelling.
