Understanding World Religions

Join us for a six week presentation on the religions of the world - February 21-March 28, 2010.
Religion instructor, Stephen Joseph, will be here for 6 consecutive Sundays as we examine five faiths: Hinduism, Buddhism, Judaism, Christianity, and Islam. By discussing the history and beliefs of each tradition we will work
toward an understanding of how believers see their own faith and how each faith answers life’s biggest questions. This program is free, but registration is required. Please call the library to register or register online at www.moonlibrary.org.

Come and chill out to a classic film guaranteed to include snow. Snow Cinema features treasured movies that will light up the screen. After the main feature, there will be a Trivia Contest on that night's film. The winner of each contest will win a small prize to help keep them warm throughout the long winter. This event is free.
