The Friends of Plumb Library will be holding their annual Holiday Fair on Saturday, Dec. 3 from 10:00 AM—3:00 PM at the Plumb Library.  Featured will be the Silent Auction, offering handmade items, gift baskets of many types, and gift certificates from local businesses; the famous Bake Sale; the Rochester Historical Society, with their t-shirts,  and books on local history; Essential Oils make-and-take; Pampered Chef; Avon; and a visit from author Nancy Cote.  There will be entertainment, and a visit from Santa.  Donations are being accepted for the Auction until Wednesday, Nov. 30, and for the Bake Sale, starting on Friday, Dec. 2.  Sign-up sheets are at the library’s circulation desk.

Wreaths can also be picked up during the Fair.

Join us in kicking off our Summer Library Program, themed Build a Better World, with Jungle Jim's Minecraft Madness!  This program will support architecture, building and construction by leading kids throught the magical world of Minecraft.  Some activites include creation of the Giant Dragon, competing in The  uilding Block Madness Tournament,and in the Zombie Chase. There will be several balloon activities, and a big finale involving a humongous slimeball!  This program is best for kids 5 and up. 

REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.  REGISTRATION WILL OPEN IN JUNE 2017.

Event will take place at the Rochester First Congregational Church Fellowship Hall.
